The delivery will always be carried out by our partner DPD Shipping Benelux. Products will only be delivered in the countries for which the website allows the delivery. The delivery will take place subject to what is possible within the time stated in the individual order confirmation. A possible delay will in no case be a reason for compensation. If we do not manage to send your order within 30 days after the order confirmation mail due to exceptional circumstances, you can cancel this order free of charge and repayment will be guaranteed.

You accept that a shipment may be delivered to a person different than Customer-applicant, if this person in question is present at the address stated by you. When no person is present when the delivery takes place, you will receive a notification about this. An attempt will automatically be made again on the following working day. Then you can also select a different day of delivery or a delivery to a collection point. After two failed deliveries the package will automatically be sent to a collection point in your neighborhood.
Unless agreed otherwise or explicitly stipulated otherwise, the items will be delivered to the place of residence of Customer within 30 days after receipt of the order. When you receive the items, you must inspect them at once. Article 7: Revocation right
The consumer is entitled to inform the seller that he will renounce the purchase, without payment of a fine and without stating a motive, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery.
In the event the consumer invokes this possibility, he/she must return the items at his/her own risk and costs to E3V & PARTNERS. Items which have been specifically designed for Customer and/or which may decay soon will not be taken back and Customer cannot invoke the withdrawal clause for this.
Returned items will only be accepted by E3V & PARTNERS on the condition that you have not used the items.
For a return shipment you must observe the following procedure:
Step 1: Contact us through our email address bernard@rolley.be and state your order number. We will send you our return instructions by email. The return costs, which we mention in this email, must be paid by you.

Step 3: Print the return label and stick it on the box/boxes. The received label will contain all information to let the return shipment proceed well (your data, our delivery address, the courier’s name).
Step 4: If you have any questions after step 3, do not hesitate to contact us. If you do not have any questions, the items must be returned to us within 7 days.
Step 5: When we receive the items in a good condition, you will be repaid within 30 days. If we receive the items incomplete or damaged, we will inform you.

For items that were purchased online and which were delivered to the home of Customer, Customer must contact the E3V & PARTNERS customer service and return the item to E3V & PARTNERS at his/her expense.
